As far as the important flavour & consistency of your sponge cake goes, you have a wide choice from the ever popular vanilla and chocolate to the more exotic coconut & lime (with an option of rum), or perhaps Toblerone, white velvet or banana & pecan - there are so many flavours please just ask!
Celebration fruit cakes are always popular for more formal cakes and should you wish your cake to be egg free, vegan, gluten or dairy free, just add this to the dietry requirements on the email enquiry form via the link below.
You can just about have any type and flavour of filling, such as buttercream, Ganachè, Swiss meringue buttercream, cream cheese, mascarpone frosting to name but a few - the choice is yours, please just ask me!
All of my cakes and biscuits are freshly made by myself, using only the very best carefully chosen ingredients.
Baby Shower Cake
A girl baby shower cake. I adore making these cute babies. The flower looked lovely and really set the cake off, the top cake was ombre pink inside and the bottom was chocolate.
Christening Cake
This is an ombre baby shower cake and was a layered ombre blue rainbow style inside. Making the babies on these is something I really enjoy, they are so lovely.
Tree of Life Cake
I was commisioned to make this tree of life cake by the deseased's daughter who wanted to celebrate her mum's life at her wake. I added all the things she had loved such as butterflies, doves & a lovely tree frog. This cake was all edible except the branches.
Anniversary Cake
My neighbour asked me to make a cake for her daughter and son in law's 20th wedding anniversary which was anexact replica of the church they were married in. I really enjoyed the intricacy of replicating the detail on this cake & was delighted when they recognised it straight away!
